TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT POLICY:
SINGLE DAY: Payment is due at time of booking
MULTI DAY: $50.00 due within 5 days of reservation Final payment is due 30 days prior to departures
By Credit Card: We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Pay by check: Payment by mail or in person is due within 5 days after your reservation. Checks will not be accepted by mail if your reservation is made within 15 days of Tour departure. Payment by check in person at our office at CANCELLATION POLICY: We have adopted a cancellation policy which is as equitable as possible.
SINGLE DAY: 7 days prior to departure - Full Refund 2 days or less from departure - No Refund MULTI DAY: 24 days or more from departure - Full Refund 6 to 3 days from departure - 25% Refund 2 days or less from departure -No Refund
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS FULL REFUND WILL BE GRANTED IF YOUR TOUR IS CANCELED BY BLOOM RESERVATIONS: We require pre-paid advanced reservations. Please call our office or visit www.bloombus.com to make a reservation. BOARDING: Please provide your individual or family boarding pass to the driver or guide at time of boarding. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time to avoid delays. The coach will only wait 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. After that time, you will be considered a no show. DOCUMENTS: Your documents will be mailed to you 5 –10 days prior to your tour departure. It will have your name and the names of all persons traveling in your party. Your document will list the tour name, departure date, location of your departure and departure time. CHILDREN: Children ages 2-14 are qualified for the child rate. There is no charge for children under the age of two. Please notify the agent at the time of booking if a child under 2 will be traveling as there may be restrictions at some attractions. Children under the age of 2 are considered to be a lap-child and are not reserved a seat on the motorcoach. All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Bloom Tours reserves the right to substitute travel of an equal value should it be necessary. In arranging restaurant and attraction reservations, and any other accommodations, Bloom Tours acts solely as an agent. Bloom Tours does not assume any liability for injury, delay, damage, loss, or accident due to any act, negligence, or default of any person or company rendering services on any tour. RIGHT TO REMOVE: Bloom Tours reserves the right to refuse transportation to any individual under the influence of an intoxicating substance or whose behavior is disruptive as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers. PARKING: Bloom Tours does not own, operate, manage, or control the locations we use for picking up and dropping off tour passengers and as such parking is at your own risk. |
