Day Tour Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS: All tour reservations are subject to availability. Each passenger must present his or her individual or family boarding pass to the driver at time of boarding.

DOCUMENTS: Your boarding pass /ticket will be mailed to you 5 –10 days prior to your Tour Departure. It will have your name and the names of all persons traveling in your party. Your document will list the Tour name, departure date, location of your departure and departure time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time to avoid delays. The coach will only wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time, after that you will be a no-show.

SOLD OUT TOURS: As you know, many tours sell out quickly. We often add a second coach or date for these tours. Watch your newspaper and our website for additional tours and events!

ROUTING: Generally, the evening route will be the reverse of the morning route.

RETURN TIMES: Return times listed in this brochure are approximate. These times are estimated and will vary according to your particular point of departure.

PAYMENT POLICY: By Credit Card: Payment is due at time of Booking.
We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

Pay by check: Payment by mail or in person is due within 5 days after your reservation.
Checks will not be accepted by mail if your reservation is made within 15 days of Tour departure.
Payment by check in person at our office at 10 Oak St Taunton will be accepted during
business hours Monday—Friday up to the day before departure with proper identification.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We have adopted a cancellation policy which is as equitable as possible.
7 days prior to departure - Full Refund
Within 3 - 6 days of departure - 50% Refund
Within 2 days of departure - No Refund

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS

FULL REFUND WILL BE GRANTED IF YOUR TOUR IS CANCELLED BY BLOOM TOURS

CHILDREN'S POLICIES: Children's prices quoted herein are for children 2-14 years of age. Children under 2 years of age are free of charge, however, they are not entitled to their own seat on the motorcoach or any of the tour inclusions listed as most of these items are free for infants. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Should it be necessary to change tour itineraries, Bloom Tours reserves the right to substitute travel arrangements of an equal value. We are not responsible for any delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical difficulties. Bloom Tours acts solely as an agent in arranging restaurant, hotel accommodations, attractions, and other services. It does not assume any liability for injury, delay, damage, loss, or accident due to any act, negligence, or default of any person or company rendering services on any tour. Bloom Tours also reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of him or herself, or whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers.

PARKING: Departure points listed are for passenger boarding. Parking in all cases is at passenger risk.
