Day 1: Begin with a morning departure. We will stop for lunch (on own) and arrive in Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, late afternoon. Upon arrival, we will check into our hotel, the Crown Plaza. You will have the rest of the evening to explore the city, rich with culture and history, and have a famous "Philly Cheesesteak". The hotel is in walking distance to Independence Hall, Betsy Ross House, Constitution Center, US Mint and the Liberty Bell.
Day 2: Start the day with a full breakfast (included). After breakfast, we will meet at the motorcoach for a guided tour of Philadelphia. We will see some of the historic sites including the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and the famous LOVE monument. Following the tour, we will stop for lunch (on own) in Reading Terminal. This afternoon, we will take a tour of the Constitution Museum. Get sworn in as President and relive the history of the United States. After the tour, we will go back to the hotel to freshen up and relax before and included dinner at a local restaurant. (B,D)
Day 3: Wake up and relax over a leisurely included deluxe continental breakfast. After breakfast, we will go to Peddler's Village for unique shopping and beautifully landscaped gardens set amongst colonial buildings. We will depart for home after Peddler's Village.
