Day 1:Travel to Ottawa for Canadian Culture and History.  This four day adventure begins with a morning departure. The Capital Hill Hotel will be our home base for the next few days.  After checking in, you will have the evening to explore the city on your own. Visit Preston Street, Ottawa's Little Italy for a tasty dinner.

Day 2:  A full American breakfast will be served at the hotel this morning.  After breakfast, meet our local Step on Guide for a full day Ottawa City Tour.  You are in for a treat as this guide will be portraying a historical figurine. The highlight of today will be a tour of Parliament and Parliament Hill.  This afternoon, after lunch on own at Byward Market we will visit the Canadian Museum of Civilization.  Dinner will be included this evening at Table D'Hote located on Canal Ritz.  This restaurant is frequented by Presidents and Prime Ministers. We will return to the hotel after dinner.  (B,D)

Day 3: This morning, after breakfast, we will continue touring Ottawa City with our costumed local Step on Guide.  Today, we will visit the Rideau Hall, home of the Governor General of Canada. Take a guided tour of the residence that has been home of the Queen's representative since 1867.  The Royal Canadian Mounted Police training ground will also be a stop today. This is truly a living tribute to Canadian heritage.  We will visit the stables where the famous thoroughbred horses are housed as well as the Farrier Station where the blacksmith makes horseshoes.  The afternoon will be yours to do as you please. Tonight, we will meet for a buffet dinner at Tucker's. This incredible Marketplace Buffet allows you to pick your meal from various shops.  (B,D)

 Day 4:  After a full breakfast at the hotel, we will say goodbye to Ottawa with fond memories.  (B)
