Spend the day with Bloom Tours at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. This Museum is the star of Ben Stiller's Night at the Museum. In the movie, the museum came alive after hours as the halls filled with animated historians and animals. Let your imagination take over as you experience the museum. There is something for everyone at the American Museum of Natural History.
Your adventure will begin at the planetarium where you will see a space show entitled Journey to the Stars. This show will take you through the life and death of the stars and will make you feel connected to the universe and sun through this fascinating experience. After the show, you will have time on your own to explore the halls of the museum and have lunch in the food court or one of the cafes in the museum.
Make sure you visit the Fossil Hall which is home to T-Rex and many other dinosaurs. Ask questions to the Fossil Experts on hand. Engross yourself in the American history of the Culture Hall and learn how humans have evolved in the Hall of Human Origins. Children of all ages will fall in love with the Museum.
We will meet again later in the afternoon for another exhibit. (April 19 will be a butterfly exhibit, June 5 will be Extreme Reptiles, and August 13 will be Race to the End of the Earth). Following the Exhibit, you will head to the IMAX theatre for an action packed show. After the IMAX film, we will depart for home.
