| A: | For our single day tours, we offer a full refund 7 days prior to departure and for our multi day we offer a full refund 31 days prior to departure. For complete details, click here. |

| Q: | What amenities does a Bloom coach bus have? |
| A: | All of our Bloom buses are equipped with lavatories, air conditioning and DVD players. We make every effort to make your Bloom Tour experience one to remember. |

| A: | Baggage handling is included on all overnight Bloom Tours. We allow one carry on and one suitcase per person. Rest assured Bloom Tours is handling your baggage with care. |

| Q: | What size is a triple room? |
| A: | A triple room is the same size as a double; however, beds will accommodate three people. We cannot guarantee there are three separate beds. A rollaway bed may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to fire codes and size of the room. |

| A: | A double room is a room that has two separate beds. Double rooms may have two double beds, two queens or two kings. |

| Q: | Is there assigned seating on a Bloom Tour? |
| A: | No, Bloom Tours do not have assigned seating. On our multi day trips, the guide may rotate seats to ensure fairness. Therefore, seats may not be requested. |
